Return Policy

At Milanouss, we offer a smooth and hassle-free return process. To initiate a return, please use our dedicated returns portal—only items registered through this portal will be accepted.


Return Conditions

Items must be in original condition — unused, unwashed, and free from odors, marks, or stains.

All tags, labels, and protective packaging must remain intact.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery, with valid proof of purchase.

Items marked as Sale or Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Items purchased with a discount code are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and accessories cannot be returned.


Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus a $10 return label fee
(fee waived if you choose store credit or an exchange).

As an independent retailer, refunds are manually processed by our returns team.
Please allow up to 14 business days from the date your return arrives at our warehouse.

Orders paid via installment services (e.g., Afterpay) remain subject to their original agreement.


Exchanges

We offer standard and instant exchanges.

Instant exchanges require pre-authorization on your credit card.

Exchanged items can only be returned once and are eligible for store credit only.

International customers may return items for store credit and repurchase the desired product.


International Orders

Prepaid return labels are not available outside the U.S.

International customers must ship returns to the designated address and will receive store credit once processed.


Defective Items & Order Errors

Defects or wrong items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Please contact us immediately with photo or video proof for assistance.


How to Return

Access our returns portal and follow the steps.

Print your return label (if applicable) and prepare your package.

Include the return form and drop off the parcel with the designated carrier.

Once inspected, your return will be processed within 3–5 business days.
